We then arrange a free no obligation design and measure survey at your home to go through building regulations and costs based on design. This meeting is followed up with a full email quotation within 24 hours of your survey.

Ayrshire Builders can arrange for one of our recommended architectural firms to contact you directly. They will complete a full measure survey and 3D scan of your home. They will produce a set of design plans along with 3D images to allow you to make changes until you are happy. They will then produce a set of building regulation plans and apply for permissions on your behalf. All of this for a set affordable fee.

Hybrid Extensions are pre manufactured offsite in two factories in London. They are manufactured in sections from the metal inner frame to fully insulated walls and roof sections. The Hybrid is delivered to your home and constructed with no building mess allowing you to have your home returned to you to enjoy your new space in a fraction of the time a traditional build takes.

The Hybrid Extension comes with strong fully insulated foundations that will be inspected and approved by your local authority. We will have your foundations completed and approved with the site fully cleared and cleaned ready for the delivery of your Hybrid walls and roof. Once your foundations are completed there will be no more building mess onsite.

Once the groundworks are completed and the metal structural frame has been erected and approved, your Hybrid inner wall and roof panels will be delivered to your home. The Hybrid inner walls and roof should be installed within 3 days for a single storey extension and no more than 7 days for a double storey extension.

Once the Hybrid extension inner walls and roof have been completed and approved by your local authority, our finishing team arrive to complete the external finish either bricks, brick slips, render or specialist finish. The internal team complete plastering and electrics along with any kitchen fitting requirements. Our roofing team add the cherry on top and your are completed ready to enjoy your new space in a 1/3 of the time.
